Silje Thorn

Silje Thorn is a digital painter and creative technologist. With a background in illustration, her paintings evoke magic realism, pop art and expressionism. She is fascinated by the human mind and the human experience – the cause and effect of human experiences and emotions, the motivations behind behaviour, and ever since she got an ADHD diagnosis as an adult, neuroscience and how the physical makeup of our brains affect all of these things.

Silje is also a prolific creator of augmented reality effects, which she sometimes uses to make her art come alive.
